The aim at BPC UK is always to deliver quality paper roll products to our valued customers “right first time” and “always on schedule”.

Whether you need till rolls, thermal rolls, transport tickets, printed till rolls or plain paper rolls, our aim is to provide a product and a service that exceed all of your expectations.

As our sales grow it is important that our planning and systems develop to meet your requirements.

To ensure that the best product is delivered “right first time” and “always on schedule” BPC UK are actively embracing the best practices in business planning and quality management.

What are we doing on your behalf to ensure the best service available in the industry?

20 key processes have been identified for scrutiny and improvement. From management responsibility to warehousing and from production planning to delivery, each of these key processes is being examined under the microscope to determine the very best way of operating to meet our customers’ needs.

A focused culture of planning and implementing is being spread throughout the organisation to achieve the aims of “right first time” and “always on schedule”. Regular planning meetings involving all aspects of the business are taking place and systems being implemented to better measure and analyse results with the ultimate goal of providing even better products and services to you, our valued customer.

Two quality initiatives are being actively promoted within BPC UK Limited. Implementation of ISO 9001 procedures is allowing BPC to focus on the processes that affect quality, and “4DX” is allowing BPC, as a growing organisation, to ensure that the actions identified as important by BPC UK are implemented effectively and efficiently.

Managing Director, Nick Emmett commented, “Quality products and service delivery have always been at the forefront of our minds at BPC UK Limited. As we grow, we have identified that it is as important to invest in systems to ensure the continued delivery and improvement of products and services as it is to invest in the new technology and plant we are bringing in, and of course the continued development of all of our employees. Investing in these quality initiative will help to ensure that our twin aims of “right first time” and “always on schedule” are achieved.”
